How much of this new technology do I really need?
Will it really reduce expenses and increase revenue?
Is this the right time to add technology?
Can I Upgrade what I Have?

Paul Moseley our President has devoted 43 years of his life in search of the answers.  He often says "people only need to know what I knew 6 months ago to be up to date on technology.  In reality, no one can afford to change every time the "next best thing" comes along, nor should they".  Team Telecom LLC is here to help you meet the challenges you face and make your business more efficient and more profitable. We engineer the solution different than most consultants and vendors.  We work to delight your customers first and insure that any technology you deploy makes them want to do business with you and only you.

Mission Statement
Team Telecom LLC will apply a diagnostic approach to insure that we reccomend the highest quality, most economical solution (if needed) and add value to our clients by delighting their customers, employees and stakeholders.

President's BIO

Team Telecom LLC was formed in 2005 as an LLC in the State of Kansas.  Mr. Moseley retired from Avaya/AT&T in 2000 with 33 years in Enterprise, Large Business sales and service to build a start-up,  facilites based, Competitive Local Exchange Company. He managed the $30M investment to positive EBITDA in 10 months and it was cash positive in 18 months when it was successfully merged with Century Tel. He then started a branch operation for a small data networking company which was sold profitably to a larger data networking company in Kansas City. To insure that he was well versed in all technologies he became Vice President for a commercial satellite and wireless company designing and providing broadband services for remote and underserved areas in the US, Canada, Asia and Australia.  Tired of the false claims  billing tricks, confusion and urgency this industry is proliferating on non-technical executives and managers he decided that his talents could be better used to help clients understand and implement the best technology for thier specific needs.

He is the recipient of the the Sir Edmond Hillary Award for Ethics In Business, the AT&T Golden Boy Award for Management, Multiple winner of National Eagle Award, President Club, Millioniare Club and Achievers Club for Avaya, Certified Southwestern Bell Professional Salesman, Multiple winner of the Sales and Marketing Executives Salesman of the Year award,  a much requested technology speaker and published Competitive Technology Analyst. He is a member of the planning committee for the Boy Scouts of America, past board of the Topeka Youth Group, past board member for Stepping Stones Day Care and was a  coach for Salvation Army Bidde basketball and the DCCABA Baseball League in Lawrence, Kansas. Mr. Moseley is involved in several Chamber of Commerce organizations, Downtown Topeka and is an avid golfer/duffer. He was awarded the Silver Star, Purple Heart, Army Accomodation Medal and Vietnam Service Ribbon while serving our country in the Republic of Vietnam.

“Paul was an excellent member of our regional team. Our team met quarterly to review operations in our cities with the regional director and top management and on a conference call every week. Paul was always one of the top cities for sales and had the lowest turnover of any of the cities. Our cities were very independent and initially were autonomous. Paul and his staff developed the first electronic order form and had the only effective database of customers in any of the cities. Each of these ideas was quickly adopted by the other city directors in the region, including my city of Ann Arbor.” January 17, 2007

Things are looking pretty rosy here and a lot of good compliments about the Internet service and we have been so busy with hook-ups and improving our service, we didn't even have enough time to finish launching the Skypilot Wireless System that will also provide a big  boost in new subscribers.
